A great opportunity for a candidate with previous Sales and Training experience to join an international company where you will design, customise and deliver Sales Training programmes across Europe.
You will deliver Sales Training programs (courses, classes and e-learning), to new starters and Managers, working closely with HR to improve processes. Ensuring training records and reports are maintained and providing information to assist in setting direction and determining effectiveness of processes and programs.
You will be educated to degree level, and have previous Sales and Training experience; you will also need excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. There is frequent travel to European offices to deliver training so any European language skills would be advantageous.
